1. The Chat

Everything starts with a no strings attached discovery call. It’s a free 30-minute chat where we grab a virtual coffee, you tell me about your goals (and your headaches), and we see if we’re a good fit. No hard sell, just a conversation.

2. The Proposal

I don’t do "cookie-cutter" pricing because no two orgs are the same. If I think I can help, after our chat, I’ll send you a clear proposal outlining exactly how, the timeline, and the investment. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting before we start.

3. The Work

Projects: I’ll give you a clear roadmap and we'll check in however best suits your needs.​

Retainers: I'll slot into your team (usually on Slack or Teams) and we work side-by-side to hit your goals

4. The Review

I’m big on data. Whether it’s a one-off campaign or ongoing support, we’ll review the results together to see what worked, what we learned, and where to lowp (leap) next.
